Dato Lim Kim Chong, Singaporean and born in 1922. He serves as a chairman of the company since 1973. He has more than 40 years experienced of construction and housing development.
He has great experienced leading and growing all sectors of a development business to make it a dynamic and progressive organization.
Mr. Lim Tiong Heng was appointed as the Managing Director of Sin Soon Lee Realty Co. (M) S/B. Graduated from IOWA State University as Bachelor of Science in Economics, he was actively involved in several student organizations such as one of the Co-Organizer of Financial Club, Student Leader and Representative of the Dormitory Committees. On the year of 2012, he joined Junior Chamber International Johor Bahru Entrepreneur to fulfill his mission of being an active citizen. Throughout the years he was involved in JCI JBE, he was involved in several positions in the BOD. Thankfully, our company was discovered by Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards in 2017. Under the leading of our Managing Director, we have achieved to acquire the CSR Excellence Awards.
Under the management of our managing director, he advocates the idea of live, work and play. Throughout these few years of innovation at his managing skill, SSLR had been through several huge changes in the management. Monthly training, event planning and company trips had transformed SSLR into of a reputable company in Batu Pahat.
He basically responsible in managing multi-disciplined teams, resolving any conflicting priorities, developing business plans, preparing comprehensive business reports in order to achieve high efficiency operation and maintaining a high-quality service for our clients and products. He also reviews, refine and develop the strategy and direction of the company.
On the year 2013, Ms Murizah Binti Mohamad Safari was appointed as an Account & Admin Executive of Sin Soon Lee Realty Co (M) Sdn Bhd. Graduated from MARA Technology University as Bachelor of Business Management (Hons) Finance, she in-charge of assisting to issue company’s audit report for a several years. She also assists the Director, Mr Lim Tiong Heng to set up new working environment of main office and upgrade management system.
Starting year 2017, she fully in-charge the Human Resource & Administration Department of Sin Soon Lee Realty Co (M) Sdn Bhd, responsible at managing the Human Resource & Administration functions such as recruitment, employees’ welfare, training & development. More importantly, she also in-charge of managing company’s daily administration such as organizing management schedules, providing general support, maintaining cash flow administration expenses, managing office equipment & stationeries and maintaining office policies & procedures.
Mr. Ch’ng Kheng Hock joined SSLR Sdn. Bhd. Since year 2016 as a Project Site Manager. Graduated from The Association of Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), he involved in overseeing the technical cooperation of training, experts dispatch and other professional programme.
He joined construction field and start constructing projects since 1991 as a junior site supervisor and involve in stock check, earthwork and piling works. In the year of 1998, he was promoted and involved in supervising in structural and architectural works such as M&E and other the external works of several projects. During 2008, he started to involve in High Rise project as a Construction Site Manager.
In SSLR, he basically responsible at providing skills and advises to builders, planning and organizing the projects to be carry out according to the given schedule. In order to assure the construction prioress can be carry out accordingly, closely monitoring, problem solving and sites regulations are required. His principle in the construction industry is to provide appropriate building methods and assure the quality of the work rather than quality.
Joining the SSLR since 2013, Ms Vivian Pek was appointed as the Sales & Admin Executive. With more than 10 years of experiences in the property development industry. She was basically involved in the sales of the properties, providing support and services to the customers, liaise with the bankers and solicitors for loan agreement execution, managing customers feedback and handling the issues of progress billing.
Since 2016, she was assigned to take the challenge of handling the Project Admin Department. She is basically involved at liaison and coordinating with Project Site Managers, consultants and government authorities for project planning and project management. Monitoring and track the projects progress and handling the issues arise. Moreover, she ensures the project development to be executed accordingly to the specification required, prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, budget and costing, closely coordinate with main contractors and consultants pertaining to the project development.
